CANCELLATION POLICY For Leslie's Classes:
This is a small business, with small, individualized classes. No-Shows or last minute cancellation greatly impacts our viability!
** CLASS CANCELLATIONS by Instructor: In-Person and Webinar
In the event a class sponsored by LeslieStager.com is cancelled , a 100% refund will be issued to you within 21 days of cancellation.
** STUDENT CANCELLATION:
Cancellations received 40 days or LESS before an in-person workshop, NO REFUNDS can be issued without finding replacement student. For Cancellation received MORE THAN 40 DAYS before first day of in-person class: Tuition refunded, minus $50 or 15% of tuition processing fee (whichever is greater).
Webinar Cancellation: Tuition refunded, minus 15% processing fee, for cancellation received 7 days or more before course.
ENTERING THE TEMPLE SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of a student cancellation, paid tuition (minus $300 non refundable deposit) is 100% refundable up to 3 months prior to the first day of class , 50% refundable up to two months prior to the first day of class, and 30% refundable up to one month (4 weeks) prior to the first day of class. Paid tuition is no longer refundable within one month of the first class date.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS:
- ENTERING THE TEMPLE: $300 Non-Refundable Deposit applies at time of registration.
- PRENATAL BODYWORK Certification: $150 non-refundable deposit applies at time of registration. (Please continue to read what follows below)
- OTHER COURSES: 20% of tuition fee is counted as the non-refundable deposit.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be issued in the method originally paid, or via Venmo/Paypal/Square/Zelle, within 21 days of cancellation. Charges incurred by issuing refunds are responsibility of student receiving the refund, and will be deducted from the refund, unless LeslieStager.com cancelled the class.
Any expenses incurred by the participant from charges that involve travel, accommodations, or other expenses related to attending a continuing education class are the sole responsibility of the participant, as well as all risks associated with non-refundable, non-endorsable, non-changeable purchases.
EXCEPTIONS to TUITION REFUND POLICY:
** Non-refundable deposits will not be returned, but tuition options may sometimes exist in the following situations:
** Serious or contagious illness, or unforeseen genuine emergency: Exceptions might be granted. Contact Leslie requesting policy exemption. Allow up to 2 weeks for determination if we can accommodate your exception request. No guarantees. Non-refundable deposits or other fees still apply. Refund might be possible in the form of course credit toward another class, minus 15% of tuition paid and non-refundable deposit. Contact Leslie for arrangements.
** Find a replacement student at least 1 week prior to the start of class: Full tuition reimbursement minus non refundable deposit or $50 processing fee (whichever is greater). (ENTERING THE TEMPLE: Due to the intimate nature of the work and application process Please contact Leslie to find out last date a replacement student can be accepted into Entering the Temple Class. <Generally, but not guaranteed, minimum 2 weeks prior to online class commencement>)
HEALTH POLICY
It is a student's responsibility to practice extra precautions in the weeks prior to class, to help minimize risk of potential illness. Due to the nature of our close contact and hands-on work, no one with symptoms of any potentially contagious sickness will be allowed to attend class. Masks are currently optional. Tuition credit, minus non-refundable fees, may be applied to another course, or refund granted on case by case situation.
ON CALL BIRTH PROFESSIONALS
For cancellation of attendance due to being called to a birth: Tuition credit, minus non-refundable fees, will be applied to the next live or online class attended. Students Must inform Leslie, in writing, of their on-call status at the time of registration for class, and notify Leslie before class has begun of their inability to attend. If you leave for a birth in the middle of class, no refund is given.
