What is Integrative Pelvic Bodywork and Holistic Pelvic Care™?
Holistic Pelvic Care™(HPC) is a model of pelvic rebalancing to address physical and energetic imbalances that block or limit a woman’s pelvic energy, creative aspirations, or core vitality. These may be related to birth traumas or surgeries, sexual, physical or emotional abuse history, or general energetic disconnect. Gentle intravaginal massage along with focused somato-emotional attention, helps the client to re-member her pelvic bowl as her potent creative center. HPC was developed by Tami Kent, PT, author of the book, Wild Feminine.
Integrative Pelvic Bodywork incorporates a variety of modalities to increase pelvic health, balance and mobility and realign the pelvis physically and energetically. A session may include Holistic Pelvic Care™, pelvic exercise instruction, external abdominal and sacral myofascial release, acupressure energy balancing, cranial-sacral bodywork, scar tissue work, or postural assessment. If requested, a session may include spirit-calling, earth-rooting, and chakra alignment.

Who Needs it?
Every Woman Care
Integrative Pelvic Health Care and Holistic Pelvic Care™ should be part of every woman’s health protocol. Due to societal pressures and the tendency to care for everybody and everything except oneself, many modern-day women feel disconnected from their root creative center. Every woman can revitalize and reclaim her vital energy!
Postpartum Birth Integration
New mothers are depleted and often physically off-balance after pregnancy and birth. Postpartum Integrative Pelvic Care and HPC helps resolve physical discomforts from birthing and restore functioning after episiotomy or other medical interventions. It also can address emotional discomforts which many women experience during or after birth, bringing wholeness and completion to the birth journey. Scar tissue massage, abdominal and uterine massage, and cranial sacral therapy can be of significant benefit to a woman’s recovery and renewal.
Miscarriage & Birth Trauma
Holistic Pelvic Care™ can facilitate deeper healing and honoring of your womb, your birth experience, and your loss, and honor the spirit of the one who touched you so deeply.
Does it hurt?
Integrative Pelvic Bodywork is a gentle, respectful practice. You are the guide during a session, while Leslie listens to your needs, intent, and muscular tissue responses to the work. Scar tissue bodywork, by its nature of breaking up tissue restrictions, can be uncomfortable; however, you are always the guide of how deeply we work.
